Mix soy sauce, Mirin, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, and chili garlic sauce to make stir-fry sauce.
Heat the Evo grill to Medium to Medium High.
Stir-fry the onions, peppers, garlic and ginger. After a couple of minutes add snow peas, mushrroms and chicken with a splash of peanut oil. Stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked, and then add the noodles, sprouts and the sauce.
Toss to incorporate all ingredients and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime.
